Production

Each new product begins as an idea in an engineer’s mind. The image is entered into a CAD/CAM program. A prototype is produced and goes through exhaustive analyses and testing and further refining. Only after such an extensive development and testing sequence can the new idea move from the prototype phase to development for manufacturing.

Precision and cleanliness are as much a part of DC's operational policy as they are an integral part of each component DC processes. The manufacturing system is also designed to promptly handle special orders and quick turn-around, providing customers with an endless supply of first-class products.

 
DC's goal is to effectively implement lean manufacturing. we are always keen to minimize the seven waste and maximize the production while steadily decreasing the entropy in the process flow thus improving the overall customer value.
